Level 3: Manual Handling Coach and Competency assessor

Following completion of this 2-day course, successful participants become ‘in-house coaches’.

Employees are ‘recommended’ for the 2-day Level 3 course based on demonstration of consistent safe habits and a willingness to be an ‘in-house manual handling coach’. Successful participants can verify Induction, Level 1 and Level 2 theory elements. They are expected to be the ‘first point of call’ for on-site manual handling issues in their area. Competency assessment of theory and practical is included.
