Tiered Program

Pinnacle Workplace Consultants have developed a comprehensive program for industry specific manual handling tasks which will be tailored for your organisation. The courses are based on the Manutention method of manual handling and are presented by trainers who have achieved a minimum of Certificate 4 Assessment and Workplace Training. The course commences with Induction and progresses to In-House Coach (Level 3). The overall focus is to assist your employees to develop safe manual handling techniques and ensure all staff receive comprehensive and specific training. Once all staff have completed Level 2, selected employees can progress to Level 3 or In-house Coach status.

In order to implement the full program, we will develop Technique Prompts which are required for the Level 2 component.
