A Worksite Assessment is a specialised on-site assessment of the worker’s pre-injury duties and/or potential suitable duties in order to ensure a safe and suitable placement occurs.

A thorough assessment is beneficial in identifying issues that may be causing or aggravating workplace injuries as well as identifying preventative options such as risk assessments, ergonomic advice, aids/equipment and training to ensure future injuries do not occur.

Our Therapist will perform the assessment on site and complete a report that includes a description of duties, physical environment, available work duties/jobs, and work demands.

The Therapist will also make recommendations for the worker in terms of duties, work practices and job layout, aids and equipment required and self management considerations (such as task breaks and stretches).
