A Functional Job Matching analysis is a series of tests that provide objective information about a workers functional capacity in direct relation to the specific demands of each job / machine. More specifically, it highlights opportunities for job rotation, recognises high risk tasks that exceed the employee’s capacity, and identifies those employees who would benefit from personal strategies to minimize their risk of injury.

The analysis consists of the following three stages:

• Worksite Assessment and Job Dictionary
• Employee Analysis
• Task Matching

We will objectively identify gaps between an employees capacity and physical job requirements. This provides you with opportunities to minimise the risk of injury to your employees and in turn, direct and indirect costs to your organisation.
