This is a 6 week exercise program where you can choose the elements you would like to include from a range including:

  • Core Stability
  • Pilates
  • Gym Ball/Fit Ball
  • Theraband Exercises
  • Relaxation Techniques
  • Stretching and Flexibility

You may like to select 3 topics and spend 2 weeks on each one or perhaps have 1 session on each topic. A Registered Physiotherapist will provide a one hour session for groups of up to 10 people.
