A fitter, healthier person will be a fitter, healthier employee. Education is a key element to improving self-awareness and encouraging a change in behaviour and we have developed a workshop that covers 3 major wellbeing areas: Healthy Eating, Fitness and Exercise and Work-Life Balance. Designed for groups of 10, each session is facilitated by a health professional (eg. Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Dietician) and the workshop is interactive and practical in nature. It includes group discussion, practical activities and personal goal setting. Healthy snacks and refreshments are provided during the workshop and attendees also receive relevant materials to take home. |
