Cris Wehr

Company Founder and Managing Director of Pinnacle Workplace Consultants Pty Ltd, Cris Wehr is a qualified Physiotherapist with more than 20 years experience in occupational health and safety. With a strong passion to prevent workplace injury and a focus on providing clients tangible high quality results, Cris has established Pinnacle Workplace Consultants as a recognised leader in the provision of tailor made, integrated injury prevention and wellness programs. Her commitment to innovation is evident by the development of Pinnacle Performance – Strategies for the Office Environment Software Program and SUMMIT – Online Musculoskeletal Risk Management Tool.


Tom Slowinski

Tom is a Senior Consultant with qualifications as a Physiotherapist and Ergonomist. He has past experience in clinical practice and orthopaedic rehabilitation, and now focuses primarily in the areas of occupational health, injury prevention and workplace ergonomics. Tom holds a particular interest in the areas of injury prevention and ergonomic design. He believes in a collaborative approach to workplace safety, and enjoys working with employees / employers in delivering outcome driven programs and services. He has experience in a variety of industries, from breweries and construction sites, to oil and gas rigs and underground mines.


Susan Mitchell

Susan is a Senior Consultant/Physiotherapist who re-joins Pinnacle in 2016 after 5 years in the United Kingdom, having previously worked with the company from 2003-2010. She has over 25 years experience as a Physiotherapist with additional qualification in OH&S (Grad. Dip.) and, Workplace Assessment and Training (Cert IV). She is passionate about training and coaching people to move safely and be proactive with their health. Susan's training sessions are usually marked by laughter and practical activities, but this light hearted approach is underpinned by extensive theoretical knowledge and ongoing commitment to improving the services we offer. She also provides injury prevention services including manual task risk assessments, ergonomic assessments and job dictionaries for a range of organisations and industry groups.

Susan has worked across many industries including Steel, Rail, Healthcare, Aged Care and Wine. In the UK she provided treatment and training for Councils, Diageo and Private Clients, and was a Core Group Member of the Scottish Manual Handling Forum as well as the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) and the National Back Exchange (NBE). She is also a member of the Australia Physiotherapy Association and the Occupational Health Physiotherapists Australia, has been an Accredited Manutention Trainer and presented at local and National Conferences in Australia and the UK on a range of topics.


Rosemary Swart

Rosemary is a Registered Nurse with a Masters in Nursing and over 20 years experience in the heath care industry. Before joining Pinnacle, she worked as a Senior Consultant in the Safety and Quality Unit at Royal Adelaide Hospital where she managed site specific and national projects focused on continuous quality improvement. She developed quality systems designed to improve health outcomes and health service provision. Rosemary brings to Pinnacle expertise in project management, system development, informatics and data and outcome analysis.


Anita Pipprell

Anita is a highly skilled Physiotherapist who impresses with her integrated clinical knowledge and occupational rehabilitation experience. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia and was awarded the Australian Physiotherapy Association's Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Award for clinical excellence in 2002.

Anita started practicing as a Physiotherapist almost 20 years ago, initially working in private clinics with an occupational injury focus. Later, she moved out of the clinic setting and applied her clinical experience to the world of compensable injury management. However, over the last few years Anita’s passion for injury prevention has seen her expand her areas of expertise to include manual handling training, job dictionaries, manual task risk assessments and workstation ergonomic assessments. Anita is committed to surpassing our customer’s expectations and consistently achieves excellent results with her consultative and proactive problem-solving approach.


Georgie Davidson

Georgie is a Physiotherapist, Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher with years of clinical experience working with diverse groups of people from a wide range of work backgrounds including health and aged care, education, manufacturing, government and transport. Georgie has a passion for helping individuals and organisations to identify and address issues to heal, grow and thrive. As a skillful listener Georgie works in collaboration with clients and provides a comprehensive approach that addresses not only what is here now but also the big picture of skill building to improve long term health, wellbeing and prosperity.
